Jared is the Lead Pastor of The Bridge Fellowship, where he leads through vision and preaching. Jared is married to Meredith and they have two sons Caiden and Carson, and a daughter, Presley.

Jared serves as the Pastor of Community and Discipleship.  He desires to create environments where people can belong even before they believe. Jared is married to Melissa and they have two boys.

Ryan serves as the Worship Pastor at The Bridge Fellowship. He is passionate about creating God-honoring, authentic, and engaging worship experiences for all who come to The Bridge. He is married to Brittney and they have two children, Nathan and Piper.

Deb serves as the Director of Operations at The Bridge. She looks forward to getting to know the families and supporting the spread of the Gospel message to the Hill Country area. Deb is married to Alberto and they have two daughters.

Tiffany serves as the Director of Adult Ministries. She and her husband, Patrick, have deep Hill Country roots—a community where they have loved raising their four children. Her background is in Christian education and discipleship. She completed her Masters in Theology from Colorado Christian University and has a passion to see people engaged with God’s Word to foster delight and transformation, equipping them to share the gospel of Jesus Christ in both word and deed. 

Mollie serves as the Director of Communication and Connection, and she loves helping people get connected to The Bridge, whether they’ve been here since the beginning or have just walked through the door. She has her Masters in Social Work, and prior to joining The Bridge staff, worked as an adoption social worker. Mollie is married to her high school sweetheart, Jacob.

Travis serves as the Director of Students. He desires that every student in Boerne would encounter Jesus and choose him every day. Travis is from Dallas, TX, graduated from Texas A&M in May of 2020, and is currently attending Seminary at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Gina serves as the Girls Student Director and she is beyond excited to care for and equip Bridge students and leaders. Her desire is to point others to Jesus Christ and foster a love for God and others. She is married to David and has 2 boys, Hayden and Dawson. 

Ashleigh serves as the Bridge Kids Director. She loves people, teaching, and seeing God's Word come alive for others. Ashleigh is married to Jason and they have three awesome teenagers: Cooper, Jackson, and Kate.

Early Childhood Director

Kristen serves as Early Childhood Director. She has a big heart for preschoolers and values loving and teaching the next generation while planting those little seeds of faith early in life. Kristen is married to Ryan and has three wonderful girls.

Bridge Kids Admin Assistant

Jessica serves as the administrative assistant in Bridge Kids. She is overjoyed to support the vision of the children’s ministry, sharing the Gospel message and equipping future disciples. Jessica is married to Neal and they have three lively children; Maddox, Evangeline and Asher.
