What does serving look like at The Bridge?

At the Bridge, every volunteer position matters — because we're a mobile church, and nothing happens without our people. Every Sunday, someone walks through our doors for the first time, or comes back after a really hard week. When you serve, you're not just setting up chairs or checking in kids. You're making it possible for someone to encounter Jesus. That's the kind of impact that lasts.

Every other week. One service. That's it.

When you join the volunteer team, you'll be placed on either Team 1 or Team 2 — which means you're only serving every other Sunday, for one service. It's a commitment that's designed to be sustainable, so you can show up fully every time you serve.

There are weekday options, family-friendly roles, opportunities where you're front and center with people, and ones where you're quietly working behind the scenes. Getting started is simple.
